Furnished Beach Houses and Cottages rentals...

All beach houses and cottages come fully furnished with towels, linens, liquid soap, and an initial supply of paper goods for the occupancy stated.

Large trash bags are not provided, please include these in the items you bring with you. The kitchens are fully stocked with dishware, cookware, utensils, and large and small appliances such as coffee makers, toasters, dishwashers, frost-free refrigerators with icemakers, garbage disposals, microwave oven, etc. Most units also have VCR's and BBQ grills.

All locations have cable or satellite TV. You may want to bring additional towels for larger parties, particularly beach towels. You may also want to bring a small BBQ grill for those locations not offering them.

Cancellation policies at most locations are: Two weeks in advance, except for holidays and winter rentals, which require a one month cancellation. Reservations must be made by credit card or deposit to guarantee your confirmation. Non-refundable $35.00 limited damage waiver fee. Please click here for more information.
